2023-05-07 03:37:12 +0000 UTCAlso comparing/looking at nandroids like Emmy, I gotta give props to Sterling for making real HQ bots from the sleek lines of her hands & shoes down to the strands of hair that still looks perfectly coiffed (other than that time she waited for HOURS in robot DMV) no matter what climate she’s in. And it’s prolly the usage of e-displays/tv screens to animate her “eyes” that gives her more facial expressions than with physical robot eyes that look screwed on (prolly cuz they were). Also more obviously but somehow Sterling did it better, they made the servos/motors on the elbows & knees less pronounced/near invisible unlike with older clunkier bots, it’s maybe another patented tech/process that Sterling keep secrets of.
