Added 2025-05-19 00:08:38 +0000 UTChi, once you have paid and i have already made the sim, please don't ask to cancel the commission for a refund. i will no longer be giving out refunds for cancelled commissions after the sim has already started being made.
cancelled commission sims may be released.
