It was so good watching this again. I had actually forgotten I watched this way back when it first came out! Absolutely incredible.

2023-04-07 14:57:16 +0000 UTCI have been having the same thoughts about this ending for quite some time now. Eva is and will always be source of discussion for pseudo-intellectuals, but it ends up being worth its own runtime in a way not many anime even bother trying to be.
