I meant to upload this yesterday, but as mentioned in the last post, there were some... complications. I promised my Solanin tier patrons I'd tell the story here, but I'll be pretty vague because I find the whole situation pretty embarrassing. I met up with Tokyo Wanderer, which you can see on my twitter. He tried the Doktor Plekter energy drink and enjoyed it, and things were going pretty well.
We then met up with another Future Funk producer, one who was the head of what was a large Future Funk collective around 2015-ish. We'll call him A. We got along great, and we decided to head to a pretty cool chinese place near us. It was a great time, we had a lot of fun talking about Ed Banger Records and the Avalanches.
My plan was to get back to my place and post the Patreon mix for you guys, but A decided to grab us some... drinks. I'll be vague and say the night didn't end well at all. Imagine meeting someone who you think is insanely talented, and then getting completely destroyed. If you're reading this, and you're drinking a beer to celebrate the weekend, throw that out and grab some water. Stay indoors, stay hydrated. The omicron variant is going around, so trust me!
