Update 04/28/20

Hey guys. Just wanted to drop another update.

I'll be honest here.  I'm not going through the time of my life right now. I thought I was handling this whole pandemic a little better, but as of yesterday I'm realizing that I'm feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and unsatisfied with my music. I might have bitten off more than I could chew with the three live shows I agreed to do (which all require video), which stacks on top of my schoolwork and my private bass lessons. I could go on but I guess you all get the idea.

Bottom line is, I'm a bit overwhelmed with everything going on, and not being able to go out much due to the pandemic doesn't help me get my mind off things much either. Pretty much all my work requires that I sit in front of a computer all day, which is making me lose my mind a little.

Alright. Now that I got all that out of my system, how will that effect the Patreon?

I know I recently held the "favorite song off of Solanin" poll, and I have messed around with the Honeybun stems a bit. Right now though, that project will definitely have to wait due to everything going on. I need some time to just focus on work, picking off one project at a time.

Other than that, I still have plenty of weekly tracks and upcoming mixes to offer you guys as rewards. As much as I'm overwhelmed with the music making side of things, I still have plenty of things in store for you guys that I've been saving since the Sample Heaven days. So as burnt out as I am right now, I feel totally confident in being able to deliver weekly content for you guys! (I sure am glad I prepared everything in advance!)

In closing, I know that was a bit of a read but I want to end it with this: I know we're all going through some hard times with this crazy pandemic going on and all that, and as much as I feel overwhelmed and stressed by the situation, I'm very happy to have you guys. So, for real, thanks for sticking with me. Being able to talk to my fans directly and share tracks really makes a huge difference, and it makes me feel like all my hard work is paying off. I really hope the music I'm putting out helps you guys as much as it helps me get through everything.
