#changelog new NEAR operator - match multiple terms in close proximity

Support was added for the NEAR operator to find multiple terms which appear close to each other in the document or title. It works in the following way:

Stalingrad NEAR\5 chuikov NEAR\7 army

\5 indicates that the number of word between the first and second term is at most 5 words \7 indicates that the number of words between the second and third term is at most 7 words.

This also works with expressions, enclosed in "".

The numeric value can be at most 50 (50 words).

Any document which contains the terms at the specified distance will be matched.

NEAR should be specified in capital letters (it is case sensitive)

For example:  https://filmot.com/search/Stalingrad%20%20NEAR%5C5%20chuikov%20NEAR%5C7%20army/1?gridView=1&

The same syntax works in title matching search, in subtitle search filters.

Feedback welcome.
