some info about this month, all good stuff :P

new sunstone update is nearly done, it's a 20 pager so that will be up in a day otr 2
also, on the 3d sculpting side of things, ally and lisa are sliced and prepped for print, i still need to sort out a few details here and there and figure out how i wanna do the leash and ally's glasses but beyond that, it's done
once it's completely finished and print tested i will release the stl here (still gotta see how to prep that whole thing as well)
and once that is done, and you're about to print, small advice, check your scaling because i got this crazy idea. i notcied that the maid lisa sculpt is similarly posed as lisa here so what if, and hear me out here

i fuckign swear 3d gives me way too much power XD
oh also, the main sculpt as is will have 4 variant heads so you can pick and choose as well as some variant hair styles for ally. bangs on both are separate assembly required object on both of them for easier painting
anyhow back to the main stuff, later in the month the usual updates of fine print and crimson.
both sunstone and fine print are nearing the end of their respective volumes and once done will take a backseat for a bit. i got shieldmaidens death vigil and the queen and the woodborn and all of those are primed for their next/first volume to be wrapped up.

Did I miss the posting of the stl files for these. I have the ones of the Lisa bust, but really want to try these out.

2024-04-10 17:41:49 +0000 UTCI am a total Sunstone fan, which is why I also bought the printed editions in German. I also like the idea of having the figures in 3D at home, because I actually use such figures as inspiration for my own stories that I write as a hobby author. There are nice 1/6 figures, with quite a lot of accessories and in different designs to buy, from well-known movie or game characters, to freely invented characters. Therefore also my suggestion: To publish the heads of the main characters of Sunstone as stl-files in 1/6 scale, with appropriate connector to be able to put the head on a body from TBLeague or Phicen. The file could also be uploaded to Cults and sold for a small fee, so that anyone interested with a 3D printer can download and print it.
