TWICE What is Love? and Yes or yes albums

These are definitely my least favourite albums.
It's like they regressed this year in terms of bsides cos I remember enjoying some bsides on the previous mini but this got REAL chaotic REAL quick haha.
Mina's voice is a Godsend man, she lights up every song for me.
I'm very excited for 2019 era though cos I'm pretty sure the chaos era will be behind them.

i started listening to twice in 2019 and i cant believe i never realised how HIGH they sing in their old music?? they had my girl jihyo straining every single chorus poor thing

Since 2019 on I think they've come into their own and really found the sound that works for them. But I actually reaaally loved Sunset, I hadn't heard that one before!

2024-11-29 03:35:33 +0000 UTCi get what you mean about the quality and you're right, 2019 was definitely THEIR year and i think it might be people's favorite era (if you ask anyone for their favorite twice TT 9 times out of 10 they'll answer fancy/feel special/breakthrough which are all from that year, it marked such an important turning point for them i feel like) so i'm excited to hear your thoughts on it when you'll react to it ! i also can't wait for you to listen to their eyes wide open album (my personal favorite) in the future, i think you'll find it way more interesting than some others
