The level at which these girls take singing seriously is SO REFRESHING. The detailed questions and the range in which they deliver their lines shows they've been training their vocals extensively. Yeji is a great influence as leader I think. Full of discipline and focus.
I enjoyed this a lot. I'd love more songs that explore Lia's lower jazzy mature tone that I hear.
They really delivered and I'm loving all the content for this era cos it's deserved.

I feel like recording videos has to be one of the best recently-formed content ideas - i love being able to see all the thought and effort that goes on behind the scenes, and being able to hear all their raw talent is so fun too!

Also if you want to hear more of her singing just herself you should check out her cover of “there is a light that never goes out” in your own time, her tone is so perfect for this autumn and it really showcases her voice like i’ve never seen before🖤

And idk if you’re interested in going back in time, but I’d love to see you react to some of the Itzy member Mujin Services, if you haven’t seen them already, especially Lia’s. 2024-10-28 14:11:07 +0000 UTCI’m emotional watching this. I remember listening to Dalla Dalla so many years ago and being so excited that a new exciting girl group was here. People forget how much Itzy’s debut shifted the needle in the GG industry!! But then years passed and it seemed like Itzy wasn’t getting good concepts, or good production, or even good choreo. Everything seemed frustratingly stagnant for them and people were writing them off! And then!! For this project to drop!! Watching this recording and hearing their immense, incredible talent as singers and performers applied to such a beautiful song (Imaginary Friend, my lord and SAVIOUR!)… to hear Lia’s voice grow so powerfully…and my girls Yeji and Chaeryeong effortlessly slaying… I used to pray for days like these! After so many years, Itzy has been fucking UNLEASHED.

2024-10-27 23:59:39 +0000 UTCLETS GOOOOO i’m so happy you reacted to this, i wish they included the 3 other songs because they are literally the vocally heavy ones other than imaginary friend but i guess they only wanted to do it for the 2 title tracks and the changbin collab, that’s a bummer but it was so interesting to watch nevertheless!! fyi, we all think that lia would fit jazzy songs perfectly, and rnb songs as well! if you want, you can check out in your own time her solo track “blossom” from itzy’s born to be album, her low register is really shining in this song. (i could recommend you the other solos as well but i think lia’s is the only one you might enjoy lmao) i hope they’ll use it more often!! i loved yeji and chaeryeong’s vocals as well (chaeryeong just sounds so adorable)
