Baba is such a fantastic creature :) And quite the nag as well xD I know I am extremely late to the party and that the designs are locked in by now, but I wonder if the Woodborn could not be more fey? More angular, sharper eyebrows, higher cheekbones, maybe even a longer face? Since we are dealing with a fairytale setting, these elder gods could take on truly alien and fantastical appearances. On the other hand, I understand Morana, being something of a shape shifter, choosing an appearance that would cause the queen no more distress than she would consider necessary to get her to feel the appropriate amount of dread and respect to go along with her demands. Anyway, keep following your muse. I am quite enchanted!
