The sound he's gone for is RIGHT up my street and suits his voice perfectly. I also imagine he had a huge hand in writing the songs since he plays instruments and you can feel it through out.
I'll definitely be following his solo career if he continues like this cos this eats.

Black Out is such a fun song. He sounds amazing, the vocal layering is on point, and the production is great. I can hear the work he put in with vocal training and I'm someone who's always loved his voice. I've just wanted more and he delivered. - Solid 8 Hasta La Vista was super chill and made me wanna go on a drive. I can see this playing in the background while I'm at work because it gave me a calming effect. Solid 7.5. Ease Up - Loved this sound and the vibe of the song I like mellow/vibey things so this was an early fave when I heard it. The instrumentation is so nice here to. Solid 7.5 Back Again I love the delivery in this song and it gives early 00s rock/hip hop vibe. It took me back to high school for a min when I was bumping pop/rock that had hip hop elements. Easy 8. I'm on Your Side Too - Might be my favorite - torn between this and Clover. Again, my high school rock/alt music days. That early 2000s sound is so nostalgic for me. I absolutely love the sound, his backing vocals, delivery, etc. 8.5 Clover - This shit right here! It just hits the spot for me, I love music that sounds like this in general which is why it's a favorite contender. It's chill vibes but with some swag if that makes sense. 8.5 maybe 8.75. The more I hear it, the more I love it. Solid album, solid 8 for me

When chanyeol dropped tomorrow and then went to the military I just about lost my mind. A 2 minute masterpiece and you disappear? No sir you come back here and drop a proper album this instant. He is a repeat offender of the short songs fs π need more music from him
