For US people, check out bookshop.org, you can select your local bookstore before ordering and they will get a nice chunk of the purchase price (30%!), or if you don't select, the money goes into a pool shared by participating local book stores.

that's unfortunately not possible. don't get me wrong, i'd love to be able to do special month tiers when the books are printed for patrons who want to to subscribe for that for that specific month and receive signed copies but the logistics of living in croatia with books printing in america are beyond impossible
