Vitamin D, C, and Zinc. Green tea interferes with viral replication. Ivermectin has shown good results where used. Even if you only have mild symptoms early on you could develop neurological problems a few months later. The spike protein might damage telomeres and/or disrupt cell signaling. IL-6 has been elevated for some which could carcinogenic effects. Ashwagandha might help.

Very sorry to hear! Do take care of yourself. I’ve heard about people shaking it off with barely a symptom. I myself was pretty sick for a week and a half and had side effects like tiredness for two months after. I hope you’re in the former category, or thereabouts!
