I do suspect they may be a bit more introverted like Red Velvet but they do have their moments!

Although I dont know if it would necessarily be your type of music, its a VERY vocal based song and I would still love to see you point out certain techniques, and I think even if the song doesn't vibe with you too much, you'd love the singing in it!

2024-02-05 12:10:42 +0000 UTCOh I also forgot to mention in that previous video that there’s something about their Love Me Right cover stylistically that reminds me a lot of some of their b-sides like Knock Down, Ghost and Checkmate. These are all on different albums and I’ve never listened to them back to back, so I’m not sure exactly what common thread I’m picking up, but there’s something 🤔 Anyway, you might enjoy those! And as far as variety content goes, Rock The World is 100% hijinks and shenanigans lol. Lots of betrayal, intrigue, suspense and all round goofiness so you’ll really get to see them go all out! Both O.de and Jungsu play keyboard and synthesizer but a lot of the time Jungsu is more Keyboard, and O.de is more synth. And btw I really love this brown corduroy jacket of yours 😍 I have a very similar one and it’s probably my fave piece of clothing recently 😄

This was their 3rd time on weekly idol so I was wondering why they seemed so shy and awkward at the start but I guess it kinda makes sense with it being their first time with these 2 hosts. Your mention of Jooyeon’s broad shoulders actually reminded me of a thought I forgot to comment on the prev vid; I wonder if anatomy plays a role in how impressive his vocals are. Most people might not notice this but Jooyeon has a really big neck 😂 very wide, and a big mouth too; he even mentions it often. Along with his natural talent, enthusiasm and of course good technique, I think his anatomy really helps him project his voice and be so impactful when he sings. lol just a random thought. The ‘can songs be charismatic?’ part made me giggle 😂 The translation def took some liberties there. I think because Gunil used the actual English word ‘heavy’ in konglish, the translator didn’t know how to render 강렬 which can also mean heavy. A more fitting translation would probably have been ‘intense’ or ‘powerful’. So ‘heavy and intense songs’ makes more sense than ‘heavy and charismatic songs’.

Gunil went to a really prestigious school in Boston for college, Berklee, for the drums, so that's probably why he is so comfortable and confident when playing Both O.de and Jungsu were training as idol trainees for about a year before JYP was like, hey start learning these instruments cause we're making a band. So they had dance training. Oh yeah they go absolutely crazy in their own content. If you want some good episodes I recommend these paired and single episodes of Rock The World: (all episodes are mainly 18-30 min?) Eps 3,4, & 5 of Season 1 Eps 10 & 11 are absolutely iconic among Villains and I go back frequently to watch them! Ep 6 is a fun horror special! Eps 17,18, & 19 were pretty fun too! and definitely Eps 7,8, & 9 of season 2 were so cute and fun!
