I just relived my childhood a few weeks ago. I was in Texas and found a Pizza Hut that still had a buffet. There are no longer buffets in my area. We used to go there when I was young as a special occasion. Unfortunately, the Texas one did not have the cool jukebox and the pac-man machine that mine had, but the pizza was good. Still to this day, my family eats Pizza Hut for Christmas lunch. Nobody wanted to cook for the family get together, so it settled into getting Pizza Hut the day before Christmas and heating it up in the oven after presents were opened.

2024-01-02 20:43:11 +0000 UTCWRT the cleaning issues on the BP guns, I've heard tales of taking off the grips [wood, plus access to internal lockwork] and then putting the whole revolver into the dishwasher as a faster means of cleanup. Don't know if this is taken all the way to the dry stage, or the wash is cancelled, the gun removed and dumped into a bucket of $1 store isopropyl alky to suck all the water off and then lubed directly thereafter to prevent rust. Rumours of just dumping it into a bucket of windex at the range once the grips are off to stop the salts from acting while the gun is transported home to the dishwashing machine were part of the legend.

What about something like a "modern classics" series with an eye toward things from the 1970's to now? Or interesting stories on things like the Sigma series S&W got sued over, or interesting clones of guns (e.g. Taurus and their Beretta clones.)
