I am awaiting the MkII. As the Owner of an 1875 dated MkII it would be interesting to know the lineage.

The premiere was great, a good idea.

How the hell did I miss this a week ago! My great, great grandfather had one of these at Rorke's Drift, so I'm particularly looking forward to watching this.

THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANK YOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!!!! ALL F#$&*ING RIGHT! I've never owned one. Known about the "systema" since the early 1970s (pre "Carter putsch" American Rifleman technical articles FTW!), then found much more about their history since I got on line ca. 2000. A used copy of Greener was also in there, somewheres. My bizarre personality disorder calls for a Martini action rebarreled and re stocked into a .219 Donaldson Wasp varmint rig with a Unertl long tube scope- Screw the practicality of a Ruger #1 in .22-250 with a modern piece of glassware, WE WANT WHAT WE WANT AND DON'T BRING PRACTICALITY INTO THIS. Othias, you've done a bang up job- Plus, that beard.
