Unloaded 54 - Part 1
Added 2021-12-28 08:21:39 +0000 UTCOthais and Mae share some holiday stories, review 2021 and what's to come in 2022, have a minor argument about what the definition of a zipper is, and more.
Thank you all for the continued support, we hope everyone had a happy holiday season and we hope you have a Merry New Year!

2022-01-18 20:03:55 +0000 UTCI didn't specifically note that it "wasn't WWI" for the Tranter episode, but something in my brain noted a lack of "war were declared". But my ADHD brain failed to take the logic train any further than that...

2021-12-30 22:44:29 +0000 UTCRegarding patches, how about putting them as a top tier reward on the next t shirt drive? You only get them if you buy one of each shirt etc

2021-12-30 10:52:09 +0000 UTCI know where I've seen a Vetterli M1870 cavalry Carbine With Bayonet for just £600. Nearly bought it myself a couple of months back but didn't fancy a single shot. Just went back to the website to check.... Sold! Dammit! Highwood Classic Arms in London, on his Antique and Obsolete page, recently sold section.

2021-12-29 02:00:08 +0000 UTCI think Mae needs a vacation to Finland... At a time when Ian or Bloke are there too.

2021-12-28 23:21:25 +0000 UTCI have patrician tastes on a plebe budget. Oh wait, that doesn't help much does it?

2021-12-28 18:17:42 +0000 UTCThe horseradish I planted in my UK garden spread like crazy, you can try and dig it up but you only need a tiny bit of root left to have it growing again. Bruce is right about nasturtium doesn't really taste like horseradish; more like watercress.

2021-12-28 18:17:20 +0000 UTCI have the radio on 90% of the time as I've worked online remotely from home for the past 15 years. So M&O in the background is soothing and interesting.....

2021-12-28 18:14:58 +0000 UTCI feel like Mae was editing this: Othais says fuck. Mae bleeps it out. Othais continues to say fuck. Mae can’t be arsed to keep bleeping 😂

2021-12-28 17:16:30 +0000 UTCBirthday is the 27th. It's really not that bad. But then I never really was super into birthdays. And my mom made sure ever year that the tree was down before my birthday. For Mae's vacation we just need to send her on a European vacation. Just making sure all the cities visited have cool arms museum. I personally really liked the one in Vienna.

2021-12-28 17:04:41 +0000 UTCSince it's the second time you brought it up, you definitely don't get free meals working for national fast food chains. More likely to get fired for "stealing from the company".

2021-12-28 17:00:48 +0000 UTCLink/website for the replica Clint Eastwood poncho? Might be interesting to get if it's not too pricey. The tune was composed for "The Good, The Bad, The Ugly".

2021-12-28 14:36:56 +0000 UTCI couldn't do that: I need some relatively mindless activity that doesn't require concentration so I can focus on what they're saying. Sorting brass (range pickups) maybe?

2021-12-28 13:40:40 +0000 UTCNot *that* spicy, but yes, they'll perk up your kale salad enough that you won't mind eating what food eats... too much! 😂

2021-12-28 13:37:31 +0000 UTCAh, just what I needed, some time spent hanging w/ my buds enjoying that Yuletide afterglow... wish I had a fireplace to sit in front while listening to this! Hmm, maybe some video of a burning log in the foreground on the computilo in while this plays in the b/g? TIA guys!

2021-12-28 13:36:21 +0000 UTCThere are flowers you can eat. Nasturtium's are one obvious one. Leaves and flowers taste a little peppery, a bit like horseradish.

2021-12-28 10:30:05 +0000 UTCPerfect - It's 9.30 in the morning here and I'm about to load some .45ACP. What better accompaniment than the dulcet tones of Mae and Othias...
