Sorry to disappoint

I know how little you all care for US guns.

Sorry to disappoint

Great video😀 liked it alot. Especially since I work at Kongsberg in the same company where this gun was created😁

Phillip André Frontéri

No disappointment. Excellent Job. :-)

Franz Anton Mesmer

Amazing video. I really appreciate all of your hard work.

Terry Rindal Jr

Glad you were pleased, they are pretty wild

C&Rsenal

The US got to skip the hard parts. Didn't take good enough advantage of that.

C&Rsenal

"concise" Glad you enjoyed it!

C&Rsenal

The maxim notes have been gathered... they are... comprehensive.

C&Rsenal

You are the first to note it, but you're right. I completely missed laying it in during my rush.

As "that bayonet guy." thanks for going over the Krag's various pokey bits!

This is an especially good episodes because of all the nuances that go into someone's first smokeless repeating rifle and that moment in history is fascinating to me. The possibilities for firearms seemed endless!

TwentythreePER

A very fair, balanced and concise summary of the Krag's history and unique place in late 19th Century firearm development......and Mae's evaluation on ergonomics is spot on. I particularly appreciate your highlighting of all the various changes. I own more than a few Krags and not a single one conforms exactly to any one "definitive pattern" as shown in normal references. The mishmash of parts and constant changes over the years appears to have resulted in most rifles being a bit of a mutt by the time they passed into civilian hands. For at least two of them I can be fairly certain the non-conformity isn't civilian induced, since their barrels are still plugged with fossilized cosmoline from Uncle Sam's storage.

Full30 has terrible back end support and errors with long videos. We are talking 5 attempts a 3gig a pop and 7-12 hours. No help

C&Rsenal

yup

C&Rsenal

Excellent! At this rate I expect a good 10 hours of great material on the Maxim or Vickers guns when you get there. lol. Keep up the great work. I like these really detailed long vids. I would probably break them into 2 hour long parts of a mini series if they get much over 2 hours in the future lol.

Erm, Daniel Flagler dies in 18999? Don't know if you want to change that, it might be a bit of a hassle and we all know you meant 1899 but thought I would bring it to your attention. Anyway, good work as always, I know you guys do a lot with this and work really hard which is why I sort of feel bad about pointing out something so minor.

GreenRuin

Anytime a C&Rsenal episode is longer than an hour and a half, you are in for a treat! Great episode! Though I missed the music during the animation. Can we bring back the ear tickling?

I'm curious why your Full 30 posts end at episode 50?

TDC

I like the deep background--and your sense of humor, keep it up.

Even though this is one of the, uuhh, lesser successes, we still love it. But not enough to stay up and watch tonight; it'll keep until morning. (Carly Simon - "Anticipation")

Will there ever be an episode about the 1886 kropatschek?

Yeah, I'm so disappointed that I'm losing sleep to watch this instead of waiting till morning :-p

Yeah, I was worried too. Anyway, I care about interesting firearms and there's no firearm that isn't interesting with well researched details given about it.

Haha I was thinking the same thing

Jim Roth

getting used to disappointments from you :P

Never do that again, I almost had a heart attack thinking you guys weren't putting out a video.

It's ok, we love you anyway. :-P

Jim Roth

But... I love U.S. firearms
