Extra Thanks and Updates
Added 2015-12-31 06:38:52 +0000 UTCOur poster project for 2015 was a big success in hunting down some equipment and catching up on production costs.
With the praise for the Ross Rifle video we've decided to double down on providing more detail and thorough over cursory descriptions for the firearms we present.
For every fact we repeat in the videos we have to be very sure we're not repeating simple rumor. Nothing beats a good book so in the past week we've invested roughly $900 in new reading material and will continue to aggressively pursue the best sources going forward. By the way, that number comes from me searching high and low for the best prices and we easily saved 40% over the Amazon cost... so we're being careful with your donations.
That means a LOT more reading, a LOT more editing, more filming, etc... So I'm sorry to say the behind the scenes will suffer. Bug Of the Month will be back in warmer weather. We do have out take footage but I need time to sift and edit it together.
So this is my thanks for the help, my apologies for the lack of extras, but a promise for more in depth material!
I can, however, say that something frankly amazing is showing up soon and we'll make certain our $10 patrons get a first look at it on arrival. Mind you, we'll never ransom episodes for everyone else.
