v13.1.1+220816 catchup edition
Added 2022-08-16 15:20:56 +0000 UTCAgain a long-awaited new version. I got a bit over my dip and have finally transcribed the last of the official content to be used with the sheet. This includes the races and creatures (beasts) from Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse, as well as the magic items from Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep.
All the races changed by MP:MotM are now selectable alongside to their previous version, as was decided by the poll back in June. The only two exceptions are the Tortle and the Tabaxi, for which MP:MotM doesn't have any fundamental changes. The Tortle and the Tabaxi races only got objectively better, so I can't imagine anybody complaining about that ;)

- New content: Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse
- New content: Critical Role: Call of the Netherdeep (magic items)
- Fixed the Ability Save DC not showing the linked spell save DC once the sheet is saved and reopened again
- Fixed the new CompanionList objects not working correctly with CreatureList objects that have an array for the `companion` attribute
- Fixed importing companion pages when using the button in the JavaScript-window toolbar and “Option 1”
- Fixed importing a race with a racial variant selected that has a racial weapon
- Fixed importing from versions older than v13
- Fixed attack calculations being duplicated if removed and added again while an older sheet is open at the same time
- Fixed spell damage being wrongly amended by certain features (e.g. chain lightning appearing as 60d8 instead of 10d8+5 for a blue draconic bloodline sorcerer with Cha 20)
- Fixed the equipment menu not properly updating when including/excluding sources
- Fixed background drop-down box having duplicate options
- Fixed features that apply to thrown weapons not applying to the dart
- Fixed `spellcastingBonus.selection` not working well together with `spellcastingBonus.times` as an array
- Fixed defense fighting style sometimes being listed as “Undefined” in the armour section
- Fixed error message when changing class/race spellcasting ability on the spell sheet to an empty value
- Changed Remarkable Athlete and Jack of All Trades to not add any bonus if the modifier “Prof” is present
- Made it possible to use a string for the `desc()` function. The string will get the regular starting string amended to the front, just like an array with a single entry would
- Updated the description of sneak attack to make clear that any enemy of the target counts, not just allies
I'm leaving for holiday tomorrow and will have very limited internet connection until I'm back at the 1st of September. So it is going to take (a lot) longer for me to respond to messages, comments, and to approve join requests to the Google Drive and Dropbox shared folders.

2022-08-23 13:47:14 +0000 UTCThat's correct, it should take you to the Patreon download post named "MPMB's character tools - get them here!", which was posted back in 2017 but is always updated with the latest version.

2022-08-17 15:25:17 +0000 UTCYou can still exclude the MotM source completely, or exclude races on a case by case basis, using the Source Material selection dialog. The source of a race is displayed in the tooltip of the Racial Traits field. It's the same as the various versions of Eladrin or Tiefling that are out there. If your DM doesn't allow it, it's best to exclude a source in its entirety.

2022-08-16 19:31:02 +0000 UTC"The only two exceptions are the Tortle and the Tabaxi, for which MP:MotM doesn't have any fundamental changes. The Tortle and the Tabaxi races only got objectively better, so I can't imagine anybody complaining about that ;)" Not as much a complaint as a different viewpoint: What about tables that don't have/allow MotM materials? With Tabaxi and Tortle not being separated like the rest on the dropdown menu, folks won't "know" they are using MotM (or not). Things like allowing a choice between small/medium sized are a change from the original race entry, so could be an issue for "certain sources allowed/disallowed" playing groups.

2022-08-16 17:55:52 +0000 UTCIs this comment section a place to request fixes to the sheet or is that somewhere else? The Shadow Blade entry under Attacks appears to interact with magic items that give +1/+2/+3 to hit with spell attacks even though RAW the attack you make with the SB isn't a spell attack
