Small Update

My apologies for the lack of updates on the progress of v13. I have found out that there are some very basic things going wrong with the sheet, namely the order in which the fields are being calculated. In order to fix this, I'm re-indexing all the fields to see what calculates what and in what order everything *should* be in. This is boring work, and thus not progressing as fast...

I wish I had more of an update for version 13, but I have mostly been busy (again) with finishing a website for this project. I expect the website will be up the start of next week!

UA: Order Domain

The sheets in the download post have been updated with the latest Unearthed Arcana article 'Order Domain'. For the Scholar-tier patrons, you can find the updated PDFs also on Dropbox and Google Drive.

Apologies for the late response, I was out of the country for a conference the whole last week. In order for the sheet to treat a weapon as a Kensei weapon, you will have to add the word "Kensei" to the name of the weapon. The explanation for this is a bit hidden. If you press one of the buttons in the attack section and select the bottom menu item, you can read the things that effect the calculations of attacks because of class, feat, or race.

I don't see a way to set Path of the Kensai weapons in the either the regular sheet or the Redesign. Am I missing something here?

Aaron Taylor

Is that an official WotC publication? I don't play AL so I'm not always up to date with anything that is released for that. If it is an official WotC publication, or Unearthed Arcana, I will include it. If it is something made by third-party publishers, then I will leave it up to the community to make it (unless it is requested by a Sorcerer-tier patron of course).

In adventurers league there is a new background called heretic in the ruins of mezro module. Could you add that background?

I personally detest video guides, so I'm sorry, but I'm not making any. Getting your character over into a new sheet is as simple as this: 1) Open the new version of MPMB's Character Record Sheet with Adobe Acrobat (make sure no other PDFs are open). 2) Open the bookmarks sections and click the bookmark "Import/Export". 3) You now see the import menu, select “Import a character directly from another MPMB’s Character Sheet PDF” 4) This opens the import dialog. Follow the instructions of the dialog. Probably see the one with two options, use option 2 and click "Click here to Open the Console" and follow the instructions in the console.

I know this sounds idiotic but instead of the sheet... can you put a youtube video up about how to transfer info from a prior version to a new version

I created a new blank sheet and the spell slots seem to be fine. But on the existing character sheet that leveled up it wasn't expanding the spell slots

Level 3 Bard (College of Whispers) is Showing 3 Spell Slots of Level 1, 2 Spell Slots of level 2, There should be 4 spell slots of level 1.

This was an issue that has been fixed. See the changelog in the Download post: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/14927098">https://www.patreon.com/posts/14927098</a> So grab the v12.999 that is there now. Same version number because only the imported material changed.

Has anyone else brought up that Wood Elf is not showing Racial Abilities in v12.999?

Levi Mote

Import scripts for a couple of materials are available through my GitHub. Note that if you become a Sorcerer-tier or higher subscriber, you can ask me to make additional scripts every month! There is also a community of people making scripts for the character sheets over at the /r/mpmb subreddit. Their you can find overview tables with all additional materials made by myself and the community. Check it out at <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/mpmb" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.reddit.com/r/mpmb</a>

It would be really cool if you implement well made homebrew races and classes, such as blood hunter, or Mark Hulmes classes.

Just wanted to say that myself and my group loves your sheet -- can't wait until v13.

I'm not sure what you mean with "an option to have the Equipment and Extra Equipment sections calculate their section's weight separately from one another". With 'sections', do you mean columns? All columns have a subtotal and you can toggle whether or not a subtotal is counted against the total weight carried. That way you can use one or more columns for what's in your bag of holding and not have it counted as weight carried. You can toggle this using the "Weight" button and bookmark. By default the extra equipment section is not counted towards the total weight carried.

I don't know if this the appropriate place for this, but it would be really cool to implement a bag of holding feature. Maybe have an option to have the Equipment and Extra Equipment sections calculate their section's weight separately from one another. Just a thought! Thanks!

Thank you for reporting any issues you have with the sheet. I'm interested to know how you can make the sheets do that, when starting from a freshly downloaded v12.999 of the sheet, because more people have reported something similar but I have never been able to reproduce this issue. You can easily change the number of spell slots shown with the modifier fields. Spell slots are calculated when changing level, not when generating a spell sheet.

Hey MPMB, I don't know if other's have had this problem or not, but I have a 17th level Arcane Trickster, and for some reason the spell slots do not calculate correctly when I create the spellsheet. Have you had this issue?

Daniel Stolp

Yes they are.

MorePurpleMoreBetter

Are the latest sheets still v12.999?

David Bloom

Have no fear! We all understand and shall continue to support you!

Lee Felt

The groundwork code gets the least amount of glory but is the foundation for everything else. Thank you for your hard work, seen and unseen. :)

Rachel Sanchez

My modest coding experience has me sympathizing with the issues you're working through with the sheet. Thank you for your continued efforts to maintain and improve this amazing project!

Patrick Egan

Thank you for all your hard work!
