Another goal reached, wow! Thank you all so very much! It will be a while before I will be able to work on making the sheet language-independent, because I first need to sort the current troubles with Wizards of the Coast.
No updates
I know all of you are waiting for an update about the future of MPMB's Character Record Sheet and I would love to give it to you.
However, the only response from Wizards of the Coast I got on my question how I can go on with distributing the sheet so far is the following:

Our team does not have the ability to interpret such agreements on your behalf. We must recommend contacting your own legal counsel for further clarification."
Obviously, this doesn't provide any new insight whatsoever to how I can continue with the sheet.
To be clear, I did not receive a Cease & Desist letter, nor have I been contacted by Wizards of the Coast or any legal representative of them. All that I have is an email from the people over at DMs Guild.
Holiday
I am leaving for a holiday for the next week and a half. I will have sporadic internet access and will mostly be unavailable for comments, updates, and bug reports. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't write to me if you have any questions or want to report a bug, it will just take a bit longer for me to respond!

Sorry for the long delay in any response. I'm now working my way through all the messages that I haven't answered in the last 2 months, starting from the last, working my way back chronologically. The Raven Sentinel is not a special companion in the way that the companion gets anything else than the stats of a raven. To use it in the companion page, simply enter the text "Raven" for the race of the companion and get all the stats for the Raven filled out. The Sentinel Raven is nothing more than a normal Raven that gives you abilities when you are near to it.

I'm imagining a series of pop-up boxes that ask for specific input and, when completely filled out, will either generate and display (in a separate window) the javascript code you need to add to the sheet or automatically create the javascript code and add it to the sheet.

When you get back, would you let me know if there is a way to allow a choice for a racial feature in the Choose Feature function on the second page? A couple of our homebrew races get to pick between different abilities at character creation and I would like to automate that process and auto-calculate any bonuses. Thanks!

2017-10-10 16:49:36 +0000 UTCI recommend only offering the sheet on DMs guild with srd material, but make it easier to automatically include 3rd party/homebrew options. That way users can add their own, possibly from other git repos. Other systems, like pcgen, approach it like this with success. Enjoy the vacation! You have created a great resource, and I'll continue to support hoping for more good things.

2017-10-10 16:30:53 +0000 UTCIt sounds like no news is good news. From what I heard all other character sheets with srd+ materials were dumped from DMs guild when D&D beyond went live. So their team probably got new instructions and hopefully that's as far as it goes.
