2019-01-17 20:21:25 +0000 UTCjust had a thought on this.... what if Humans ran into the Umiak already and they discovered they blocked the Loroi, so they are using the captured humans/or ones who agreed to help to block the far seeing ability and that is why they tried to destroy his ship when it sent out it's original broadcast. They were fearful the Loroi would find out the Human's ability to block them and they were afraid they would make a counter to it

So without their pin/intercept missions nothing kept the Umiak from building up a stack of gatecrasher fleets. This is not gonna be good for the Loroi. One hopes the Loroi have some kind of big reserve. It's gonna look like the Eastern Front in 1943, waves versus technique.
