Update on the Writing
Added 2019-10-31 16:55:08 +0000 UTCNot a huge lot to update here. Writing A Jinn's WIsh is doing okay. I'm at 28k words, a bunch of that in the last 2 days. There's been a bunch of stuff happening in my life, some of which is distracting me from writing, but I'm getting about 1-3k down most days. I won't be done by end of this month (Har!) but there should be no issue finishing it up for Dec 5 for my editor.
Hopefully I'll be done by end November so that I can get started on A Thousand Li 3 then.
Over the next few weeks, we've got a ton of releases for the System Apocalypse:
- short story anthology volume 1 tomorrow
- issue 2 of the comics (Nov 15 ebook. I'm working on the paperback side, have to sit down and actually format the files properly)
- Rebel Star on Dec 1
After that, no releases till February probably with A Jinn's Wish. And then, eh... April for First War I'd guess.
In between, audiobooks happening:
- Nov 27 for First Stop
- World Unbound is being recorded now. And Book 7 is supposed to be recorded in December (though I have a feeling it's more likely January).
- Anthology being narrated right now. No idea on release.
And I've got a few side projects including a co-writing project, the translations on the comic issues and the drawing of the remainder issues. I'll also be headed to the 20booksto50k conference in November and I'm playing with the idea of an entirely unprofitable but fun side, side, side project. That shouldn't take up too much time...
Oh. And I've got a couple of translations for the Adventures on Brad & A Gamer's Wish up on a public site to see if I can get translations sorted. Thus far, no bites.
So... lots going on including some admin stuff that you guys would not be interested in. Busy busy busy
