How can we educate people in a way to connect the movements to broader material realities that affect so many of us globally? People are pissed, but it seems to me that for a lot of people there is an underlying assumption that there is no alternative to capitalism and that there is no imagination and little to connect the struggle beyond the current situation.

The stuff he's put out dives deep into Belgian working class politics and political formation. Great pod, nice hearing from Brandon, I'll follow his stuff and maybe see him around town. ;)

It's pretty bewildering to go from thinking about the particularities of Belgian politics to theorizing the George Floyd uprisings in about one hour. Chapeau to anyone who can actually do that. You're smarter than me. Let me know what the plan is.

Go to enough actions and they'd show up at your place with officers from local and federal cops. You give up two of your comrades or they threaten federal charges. Rinse and repeat.
