Meet Anargaia

Anyway, this is Anargaia, the new capitol of the Anarakis Reparations Society. Once its all set up, you won't be able to find any ARS markets on the map, instead, you will be given intel about their locations either through bar interactions, automatically for those commissioned by the Society proper, and for those on good terms with them in general, though which markets you will be told about freely will depend on your relations.
Anargaia itself will meander around the campaign map, for now this doesn't really amount to much except that the market will never be where you last found it, but later on? Maybe more.
