Early bird: Why does the best new integrated retrocomputer have no games?

Update - Video updated with several corrections/fixes below plus a thumbnail:

It's been a while since I've done a purely retrocomputing video, and I've missed it! I was also holding this one back a little to see what other software might materialise.

Feel free to let me know what you think of the machine and my perspectives.

As mentioned in the video, you can get $75 off before 5-Dec using the code "perifractic" here. (I do not benefit from any sales.)

BTW an interesting side effect of revisiting this genre after a little time focussing on other content was some techniques I learned producing different videos made their way in here. May not be noticeable, but I had fun implementing them during the making of this!

Thank you for your ongoing support! 👍🕹️

Yeah good point: • Device has 512K RAM now not 256K. • The chips I pointed to as Flash are VIAs. The Flash is next to the real-time clock. • The DVI output supports analog so would've worked with a VGA monitor, and doesn't require HDMI. • The Balls demo showcases sprite muxing and there are over 128 sprites there. • Music volume errors corrected.

Haha yeah Final Cut just flipped out on me apparently before I rendered the new one. New fix rendering now!

For those of us who've already watched the video, what were the corrections/fixes?

There's a strange floating masked section of blurry background near the ZX Spectrum box. It's like a vertical blue blurry bit. I can't take my eyes off it because it's "in front" of your head in places.
