August Update #2 plus apologies

I'd like to thank you all for your continued support! I acknowledge the lack of concrete updates and in turn, I understand if you feel I am being unduly quiet or lacking in updates and/or content.
So on the side of what I am spending your money on, It is and always will go on backgrounds, sprites and CGs. I have at least half a dozen BGs to populate the coming scenes so anything you can send is going toward these assets.
That said, I need to be honest: I'vee been struggling with writing recently due to my day job: as a software engineer, I have been cycling beetween extended periods of soul-crushing crunch spanning weeks on end, even entire months, followed by maybe a week tops of almost nothing to do. I've been trying to squeeze writing into these brief 2-3 day respite periods but it hasnt been working out.
With that in mind, I've been trying to find a new job, one that meets my skills, my pay expeectations and hopefully a more interesting and less "I MUST CONSUME YOUR SOUL" focus.
All said, I will continue to do my best to write in the time I have and when my schedule and energy provides. Thank you you all for your faith and contributions, they will all go to what assets I require and it would likely take a decade at my current Patreon income to fully offset what I've spent of my own money but I undertook this knowing it wasn't going to be a profitable venture - this is a passion project and always has been.
So thank you all for your continued support! I will give you first access as always to assets, builds and bonus stuff!
