2021 Road Map

Hey, everybody.

Episode 3 development is underway. Since it's so early, there's not much progress to report on. Instead, I thought I'd fill you in on what I have planned for 2021. I made this picture to highlight everything I want to do.

EPISODES

Episode 2 is out. Episode 3 is in the middle of development. By the time 2021 is over, if everything goes well, Episode 5 will be out and Episode 6 will be in development. That's four episodes in a calendar year if you're counting Episode 2, or every three months.

The schedule is always subject to change. If stuff happens, I'll have to push stuff back. But if all goes well, I may even get ahead of schedule. I don't want to over-promise stuff. This should give you a rough idea of when new episodes are coming out.

NEW LOVE INTERESTS

There are currently five important female characters who will have heavy involvement in the storyline. Keeping it a surprise, a couple of new characters were introduced in Episode 2 with Grace and Marisa.

I want to create a large cast of women for you to choose from. At the same time, I have to keep the number to something I can manage. By the end of the year, I'm hoping to have at least one female you're really interested in that you want to take all the way. Just like the release schedule though, I'm always open to adding new characters if there's demand for it.

DISCORD

I've been looking into developing a Discord so you can talk about the game as well as give me your feedback if you feel like it. I haven't had much time though, since most of my time is spent developing new episodes. It's on the horizon. This year, hopefully.

In the meantime, you can voice your comments, complaints or questions in the comment section.

MUSIC

I've been testing music and adding it to different sections and it seems to add a lot to the story-telling.

A few problems with the music are finding the right song that fits the theme. And then there's having to pay for it. There's free stuff but none of it really fits with the sound and mood I'm trying to go for.

But it's something I'm looking at and like everything else, I'm hoping there'll be a lot more music to listen to in upcoming versions.
