2022-04-13 07:08:57 +0000 UTCinstead of saying you are from a Walmart etc, say you are from a company (RoyCo's Carts?) that leases the carts to various stores (or all stores in an area) you can workshop the rest but some idea would be that the carts have GPS tracking on them and so you know it wasn't returned to the corral or even you know the person took the cart home and based on GPS you can see the cart at their house
