July Fourth Road Show (7-4-2018)
Added 2018-07-07 01:18:03 +0000 UTCOn July 4th I drove to Tillamook, Oregon to meet some friends who were camping about two hours from me. I decided to put my four hours of driving to productive use by doing a prank call show while driving. It didn't work out exactly as planned.
When I wasn't in dead zones, the calls weren't working out as hoped, so my 4 hours of driving resulted in 2.5 hours of recordings which I edited down to this 1 hour video, which has only a single sort-of-okay call in it during the last 10 minutes. Enjoy!
On the upside, this was a good test of something I've been wanting to try out. I now know what audio sounds like while driving at 50 MPH and I have some ideas to improve it for future road shows. I also know that my dumb tablet only does 640x480 on the front camera, so I should find a better way to record video.
