You surely noticed the Brazilian Miku trend on social media. First there was this and then there was this and then everything went crazy and not only are ppl drawing a lot of Brazilian Miku's, but also come up with a lot of other fun ideas. Every nation got there own army of Miku's now and many more fun ideas (one of my fave ideas has been this, hehe. TTGL fan here!)
Anyway, since september is succubus month for me, Iβve turned the Brazilian Miku into a cute succubus! πβ¨

Since Brazil is pretty famous for their Carnaval do Rio de Janeiro with gorgeous costumes with lots of feathers and also having a very rich fauna with a lot of amazing birds, I figured it would be nice to make her demon features a bit more bird-like with colorful feathers. Some of you may know Iβm a bit of a bird nerd (very casual tho) hehe, so this was especially fun to me! To compliment the theme even more, I gave her a bird companion! The bird on her shoulder is a Brazilien Ruby, an hummingbird endemic to Brazil. Mainly picked that one because it looks super adorable, but also because the colors just go so well with Miku, donβt you think? πͺΏπ¦βπ₯π¦©π¦ββ¬π¦€π¦’π¦π¦π¦ ποΈ
You also may notice I did go with some thicker more stylized lineart for the drawing and added more halftones and stuff to make it just look a bit more vibrant and cartoony. Iβve been trying to give it a slightly more fun and wholesome look, hope you like that! The drawing is also a bit more wide than usual, haha, didnβt want to cut of the wings and hair on the side.

2024-09-06 11:37:15 +0000 UTCMmm, nice! Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems like even the no tan version her skin still isn't like a full on Caucasian tone. Like you can tell she's still a person of color, just one that hasn't gotten a lot of sun lately. I think it's a nice touch.
