Added 2023-07-04 21:50:45 +0000 UTCI brought some very cool and useful Pose Reference Packs from "The Pose Archives". Highly recommend for artists.
The last picture I slight traced over to get an idea of structure. I don't do it often, except for poses I have a difficult time with. Then afterwards I drew the sketch without tracing.
Anywho, I won't be showing off the ref photos all the time but I thought it was a cool visual to figure out "high low" angles. I still need to push it a bit more, but I'm always practicing to get better!

I love the subtle, yet somehow glaringly obvious, panty strap. Also love the implication of her wearing heels while also wearing her...Gi? I forget what that dress is called.

2023-07-05 17:38:20 +0000 UTCLol I was just watching a documentary on Shin-Ichi Sakamoto and he forces his assistance to dress up in costumes and pose for photos that he does a light trace of to get the poses and cloth, and he’s one of the best manga artists ever. So I think you’re valid here
