Spin & Hot Yoga Studio + Boba Bar

This minimal cc, 20x20 lot can function as a gym or boba bar (if you have the High School Years EP). If you don't have the HSY EP, you can turn it into a café by replacing the boba counter.
This lot was made in Windenburg.
You will need the following packs to complete the build: High School Years, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Dine Out, Spa Day, Moschino Stuff Pack.
**Please note: if you are missing one or more of the packs, the items from said pack will not show in game.
CC you need to download: Stationary Bikes, Windows, Front Door.
