Reward reconsideration - Part 2

My drawings have always been pretty ecchi and there were teasers for the hentai drawings at the end, I'm actually surprised my videos or my channel never got deleted. Some videos got age restricted and a loooot got demonetized. I don't care for that money, but it's pretty much proven videos with no ads get less often recommended in the search, sidebar, after videos etc, ergo less people get to know my stuff. Thats frustrating regarding the time and effort I put into drawing. Also most art channels I know do have a certain type of content, like more girly cute drawings, tutorials or challenges and other stuff I'm not that interested to do. Most of these people also seem to be more talkative and less awkward than me. So there are a lot people out there being good at art AND entertaining as a youtuber. I feel more comfortable just being on social media like Twitter!^^"
And I got more and more into drawing hentai over time and YT has always been one of the reasons to stay safe for work for at least a bit (I avoided to draw tooooo revealing clothes or suggestive poses) with the basic drawings. So one upside is I dont have actually to care about being kinda sfw anymore. This could open up new possibilities, like doing even more lewd stuff!^-^
Part 2: WIPs and similar stuff
This is probably more important to those who are interested in the process of drawing or do art stuff as well!
Usually I post three work in progress images per drawing and I didnt post them for doodles yet. Gonna try to post more doodle wips as well now! And since YT kinda dropped out, there is maybe an interest in seeing more steps in between?
Maybe the regular WIPs in Tier 2 (as before) and the more detailed Step-by-step images in Tier 3! Kinda like this:

Depending how complex the drawing is, there would be 6 or 9 or 12 or more images. I think it looks pretty cool to see so many steps at once.
Maybe I could add some kind of written explanation for 1 of the step by step images each month (doing that every time would probably turn out like going round in circles). Maybe Ill dislike it, maybe Ill get more into it, not sure^-^ But I like the ideas and gonna try it out! Hope youll like it as well!
If you have any ideas regarding rewards in a similar manner, feel free to suggest!^-^
It has been suggested a few times to give my lineart with a transparent backround as a reward, so people could practice coloring or color them in their own style. That sounds pretty nice as well. Do you think this would be a nice addition to the rewards?

Thanks for the comment! I saw that as well, but somehow I don't feel comfortable to share my .clips, guess because my layers are such a mess! That's kinda embarrassing! xD

2019-02-22 21:25:11 +0000 UTCI like seeing the image come together, but I admit I didn't really watch the videos much(only so many hours in the day, sorry! blame too many game releases..) If you were to post a couple versions, the 'clean lines' step in your GIF is definitely one to go for! People can color it if they want(as above) but also it has that sort of manga feel that gives a nice contrast compared to the complete colored version. I don't know whether 3 or 6 or 9 or 12 is the right number, but I've seen some artists also post reduced res PSDs(or in this case it'd be clip studip paint files) so people can mess around with the layers to see the work. It's all up to you, just don't make more work for yourself! Nobody wants to see you make a fun hobby into an un-fun job.. I learned that the hard way with computers.

2019-02-17 21:35:27 +0000 UTCWell, I do have a box of colored pencils that have been sitting unused lately.... That having been said, I'm not intent on voting one way or the other. I think the best way to handle this is to throw things against the wall and see what sticks. Try something one month, get feedback. Next month, something else. Just my opinion. Seems like trial and error might be the way to go here.
