Résumé

As a kiddy I drew pretty much all day, later it got less and other stuff got important. At some point I got a drawing tablet, which got a bit back into drawing, but I would only do like one drawing per month.

2015 was pretty much of a turning point regarding the importance of drawing in my life. I was like ‚fuck this, I want drawing to be the big passion in my life again!‘ and I placed the duty on myself to finish a drawing per week! I did only one ecchi (but sfw!) version back than, but it was still damn tough bc I was slow and my skills pretty bad, haha xD

But I improved! After some time, I also did topless versions, then also some nudes…. until it was a pretty regular thing to draw 2-4 versions for a drawing.

This year in May I switched to two drawings every week, to pressure myself to get even faster and better! And I think it kiiiiinda worked?

I’m really happy I got back into drawing! Drawing cute and hot oppai girls and hentai stuff is big part of my life now! And it’s awesome and I’m so grateful! *-*

And 2018 has been a great year for me! In many regards!

One of the most important part was moving to a new place! It’s so much nicer here, even if a lot of niceties are still missing to make it extra cozy and stylish,haha. I watched some great anime, played some awesome games… which is always great! But I also feel like I’ve broadened the range of content I enjoy now but didn’t care a lot before, like podcasts, new music, cosplay (enjoying the content of cosplayers, not cosplaying myself) or DIY stuff for my new place.

Regarding Patreon: I hit the insane number of 100 supporters here on Patreon! And this year, escpecially since the changes in May I improved my skills, got more into drawing hentai stuff and put more time and energy into drawing than ever before. And I think, some of the drawings I did in that time are just awesome. I’m proud!

But yet not everything is great.

At the moment I spent soooo many hours with drawing. Often I finish my promised content juuust in time, while also managing Patreon, Etsy and stuff… And I have pretty much no time to doodle ideas, explore other styles or just practice certain stuff, like expressions (my ahegao faces suck… ;_;) or anatomy, perspectives and fluids like sperm, milk and stuff (it isn’t effective to practice on a piece I've already spent like 15-20 hours with and have to finish at the same day, bc I’m behind my schedule). Meanwhile I’m also always behind with the speed drawings for YT, replying to message and comments and more.

I love drawing so much, I really really love it, but I also feel pretty exhausted after the last few months and it took me some time to actually admit this to myself.

And on top of that my Patreon kinda plateaued. My Patreon grew from 80 to 118 patrons and don’t get me wrong, that’s awesoooome. It’s just nerve-wracking to know about 75% of that growth actually happened in the first 3-4 months of 2018, before I even increased qualititty and quantitty that much (I know, numbers aren't and shouldn’t be that important, but they help to visualize this. At the beginning of 2018: 80 patrons, April: 107 supporters! Niiice! May: 114 supporters! Niiiiice! November: 118; and December: 118! Well...)! So it grew the least, while I was working more and harder on my drawings than ever. That’s something I can’t keep up or rather don’t want to keep up.

My goal is to get better, get faster, improve even more, try plenty of new stuff and as a consequence get more people to like your art! <3

Let’s get to the important changes:

I’ll aim for 6 drawings in a month from now on instead of 8. I’m sooorry to kinda cut content, but I’ll use the extra time in a good way, I’ll assure that! The extra time will be uses to do sketches, practicing expressions, poses, anatomy and perspectives, exploring new topics and styles and and and… I have so much stuff on my mind! So many ideas! Mainly kinky one, hehe. And of course I’ll share everything first or even exclusively with my lovely patrons! I don’t want to drop hard numbers, like „you’ll get 2 sketches every month on tier 2 and 5 sketches on tier 3“, I’ll decide that based on the situation, just keep in mind I’ll pour my very best into my content!

There are many more things on my mind, like how and where to advertise my content, especially the exclusive one, in a proper way? Or how I should process with my YT channel since I don’t have that much fun with the channel anymore and I’m always behind? I’m also thinking about a new kind of shoutout for patrons in addition or instead of the YT credits. And I would love to get a portable drawing tablet to do sketches on the way, to get a spontaneous idea on digital paper whenever I feel like it, to doodle while watching a movie on the couch or to draw in bed when I catch a cold. I would love to try new stuff, like adoptable OCs, sketch commissions or designing cute and lewd merch.

I have a shitload of New Year’s resolutions, more than I’ll be able to do in a year, haha… Anyway, I hope you’re open for this change! Please stay, be a bit patient and see if you’ll like the new stuff. And since this is already long af let’s wrap this up!
