I think, since her skin is pink and her hair light blue, cute outfits would fit her a lot, but precisely because she is already on the cute side, dark and scary stuff would be a cool contrast, so don't hesitate to suggest whatever you want! You can also suggest the same idea as for Suco, if you think it would fit Patty as well!
And keep in mind here, that she already is a cat girl!^-^
