Important: payment issues!
Added 2018-08-02 15:31:58 +0000 UTCYou may already know through other creators you support: Patreon is having some issues with payments! Looks like some credit card users are affected by this and get declined or even flagged as fraud!
As far as I know - only rumors - Patreon 'moved' their payment stuff to the UK and many credit cards now think the payment request is fraud bc it's suddently from another country.
Looks like credit card users have to contact their credit card providers, approve the payment is not fraud and update the payment method.
Paypal users should not be affected. In case you don't know if you got processed or not, I'll write a short message to everyone who got declined, shortly after posting this here!
Just before going to bed yesterday I noticed a lot more people than usual got declined and I was already worried if there is any issue! I hope it's not too bothersome to solve the problem with your credit card provider! Thank you so much for your support! ??
