Need help in finding a good fine list

But I can't find what I need for storytelling and that's a nice list of hefty fines and if they can't pay, long jail time.

Does anyone knows where to find a good list?, fines must be at least $100,000, and at least 1 year jail time if not paid….
I like to keep stories as factual as possible, so that's why. But if it doesn't work out, I'll just use my imagination, so don't worry.
