2023-10-24 06:37:54 +0000 UTCWhile not discounting how awful the Raiders looked on defense, I think the biggest takeaway from this video is how much more competent, on the whole, the Bears looked when their offense was so simplified. It felt like there weren't any wacky formations, nothing like that dumb Cole Kmet QB sneak off of motion, no bizarre pulling of guards or tackles for quirky trick run plays, etc. In nearly every prior video, you'd say something akin to, "Say what you want, but 58 can run block," he's almost exclusively run-blocking this whole game. Not that the Bears have many "strengths," but this film looked like they played to those "strengths" as much as possible, and it worked.
