Justin Fields has a rough one to close out year 2

Try to enjoy, QBSPC. It sounds like it will be a while before we see J Fields out there again. This was probably not the way he wanted to go into the offseason.

Thanks for the support, -JTO

I am looking at progression. And I think JF shows he has the work ethic to improve. I can understand how footwork breaks down in the situation he is in. Hopefully more resources will help next year. Also, note how we have barley mentioned his throwing motion this season following the focus on it in the off season.

Very interesting watch, glad I signed up for these. It seems that the second half really highlighted his main weaknesses at this point: 1) Trying to be Superman and taking bad hits/sacks 2) Footwork becoming inconsistent and affecting his accuracy 3) Hesitation and reluctance to throw to the "NFL open" receiver Overall his season was definitely an improvement over his rookie year. I think with an off-season to focus on tightening his footwork even more and his short accuracy, as well as better players up front and out wide, he'll take that next step and put up better numbers in 2023.

Question, all we have heard in Chicago this week are beat reporters and radio hosts telling us how he is a β€œbelow average” passer. How they should draft a QB or how the Bears should REALLY look into drafting a QB. Do you think they should look into it after watching him all year and think they need to move on because he is a below average passer?

I put a lot of blame on the OC for the plays he called. Especially with what they have rn player wise.

Awesome analysis as always! You’re a good man for not just burning this one and moving on with your life lol

Thanks for the warning so I knew not to watch the video. Love your stuff.
