On DUO, the RB is aiming for the outside leg of the PSG if the PSG/PST are working together for the MIKE, or it could be the inside leg of the PST if the PST/TE are working together for the MIKE. The RB is reading the first frontside-combo to whoever the Center declares as the MIKE (usually, the first second-level defender past the Center). If MIKE works outside the combo, the RB will bang it right behind him. If MIKE works inside the combo, the RB will bang it to the outside. In some cases, the BST, BSG, and C working back can create a big enough crease for the RB to hit the cutback lane downhill. I hope that was clear enough👍🏼
