Our thoughts are fleeting
Added 2022-12-30 14:30:01 +0000 UTCI recently learned that our thoughts are actually not "us", the voices we hear in our head are a repeating of random beliefs we have derived from our experiences over life. We can let them control us, defeat us, or we can channel them into positivity and self love, to have a better, happier life. Instead of getting beat down by negative thoughts, we just need to observe them and let them pass through us, like a raincloud in the wind.
