However, I'm not sure if the Washington Huskies used similar formations when Petersen was at the helm. A question does come to mind, during your time, or current time as being Head Coach for Patrick Henry, have you used any of these funky formations?

You asked if Belichick did anything like this, and to answer, in fact, he did. 2014 Divisional Round, Patriots V. Ravens. The Patriots ran 2 various types of Formations, one being called "Baltimore", and the other being called "Raven". In one formation they had a HB out wide, as ineligible, and other where they had Tackle out wide, as ineligible.
