Just before half Tua threw a pic on an In. It looked like he had good anticipation. What else can a QB do to prevent backside linebackers from getting to the throw when it can be hard to see all of the LBs between lineman?

2020-04-22 18:14:18 +0000 UTCAppreciate it. I think both are really good. I just take into account Burrow couldn't beat out Dwayne Haskins. Urban Meyer said repeatedly Haskins was a more accurate passer. Just more layers for an eval. The film is essentially a coin flip. Really win win.

2020-04-22 18:07:44 +0000 UTCI know you’ve already done tons of Burrow film... but I’d love if you did one or two 2018 Burrow games. The bad ones like Bama 2018 or Florida 2018, or Auburn. I ask this becz we hold 2018 against Burrow so much but no one is breaking it down so it makes me think we’re all just looking at a stat line in 2018. The offense was so different and it seems that he had way less options and answers in the passing game.

2020-04-22 17:00:48 +0000 UTCAWESOME BREAKDOWN! Tua anticipates better than Burrow does. Also his mechanics are better. Burrow prepares better than Tua does and it shows. Tua manipulates defenses more and Joe tends to figure them out and throw based on the odds that his guy will catch it and space. One of these things is more coachable than the other. In a game where one guy goes 31-39; and the other guy goes 22-40... isn’t it hard to give the accuracy edge to the 22-40 guy? Lol
