Just One More Thing - Episode 1

As regular listeners to the Good Friends will have heard, we are launching a new series of bonus episodes under the name “Just One More Thing”. And here is the first of them.

We often find ourselves with ideas or research we couldn’t quite fit into a regular episode, or maybe we’ve had second thoughts about something we said. These bonus episodes give us a chance to return to recent topics and fill in these blanks. There may be significant variance in the length of these bonuses, depending on how much or how little we have to add.

At present, we are recording two episodes of the Good Friends with each guest host. Our plan is to release an episode of Just One More Thing to tie in with each pair of episodes. As you may have noticed, we are a bit behind on this, but the second release, covering episodes 303 and 304 of the Good Friends, will be with you soon.

In this episode of Just One More Thing, Matt and Scott reflect on our two discussions with guest host Ross Bryant. We start off by expanding on a few interesting historical settings we never managed to bring into the conversation, and then we round things off with some more background and thoughts on Carnival of Souls.
