Thanks to Matt, who has put many hours into the layout of this revised edition of issue 4B, and we hope you enjoy it!

Then we decided to do a bonus PDF only extra issue halfway through the year, so went for 4.5 and 5.5. Now that we come to reissue them, we figured calling them A and B might make it clearer... maybe it hasn't! So 4A=old 4, 4B=old 4.5, 5A=old 5, 5B=old 5.5
