I didn't realise it was such an unusual thing to do. I've wanted to read this series of Tolkien books for a couple of decades, and figured I should get on with it! Best wishes - Paul

2022-07-11 12:38:42 +0000 UTCI'm quite impressed Paul managed to plan his reading like that! I am not able to read like that. If I do, the book I planned have no interest for me any longer. If I still try to read it, it will be a slog and I will probably not finish it. When I finish a book I wash to go and walk past the book shelves in our apartment, maybe for a few days, to find the book that calls to me. That one will be a joy to read and I will probably finish it quickly. Sometimes, though, nothing speaks to me and I will sometimes go quite long before I pick p another volume. Needless to say, this totally ruin any plan for what I am going to read.
