Fanzine back issues
Added 2021-03-08 15:53:20 +0000 UTCHi there, the Good Friends have been chatting and wanted to ask your opinion on something.
We’ve now released 6 print issues of the Blasphemous Tome fanzine and 2 on PDF. The 2 PDF editions remain available to new backers, while the 6 print editions do not, and were only available to those who were backing at the time of publication. Following last week’s update to our Patreon reward structure, we've had a number of requests for previous issues.
The two options are:
1. Leave it as it is: editions 4.5 and 5.5 (PDF-only issues) remain available to all new backers. Issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 stay altogether unavailable.
2. Release back issues: all back issues are made available on PDF to all backers (new and old), and those on the $3 tier and above get an ‘at cost’ voucher to order Print On Demand copies (via DrivethruRPG).
Option 2 would mean that going forward, all issues of the fanzine, old and new would be treated in much the same way. We would do a limited print run of new issues at their time of publication and send signed copies to those on the $5 level and above,

Back issues are coming. Matt has to change the layout. Aiming to have PDF issue 1 available to patrons in September.

2021-06-08 07:29:22 +0000 UTCPerhaps release the PDF back issues to patrons at an extra charge? Or maybe a bundle edition with a percentage to charity? I'd have no problem digging into my pocket for things I've missed out on - even if it's just the scenarios!
