There was an epic wind battle happening in this desert dry lake bed! Art of Women was here with me to capture these magical movements, dancing with my 5 yards of sheer red fabric!
I am pretty proud of myself, I edited these photos myself!
Here is an example of the unedited :

See how I added more contrast and color pop to the clouds, fabric, the ground and my skin? I LOVE playing in lightroom now!!! Anyway the whole set is super awesome, Enjoy!

***To be comfortable, in an uncomfortable situation***
I have been listening to a lot of "van life" related podcasts, hearing stories from individuals who left the comfort of their 9-5 in order to pursue the mobile, minimalistic lifestyle. One common theme I keep running into is that a lot of people say "you have to learn to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations" - I am excited for this challenge... many times it's in reference to their van breaking down, or having police or security called on their "suspicious" van.
Well, I have already been experiencing some emotional and situational discomfort through my personal relationship situation, plus my family... but that's not really a risky type of situation, more mental. It's the real life, pedal-to-the-medal things that I am going to have to power through, things that may be unpredictable, things I may not be prepared for, these types of things are definitely in my future. It's going to be life changing, character building...
The one thing I am learning is that street smarts are going to be extremely important, I refuse to allow myself to be in the wrong place at the wrong time- no sketchy parking lots, no risky company, definitely no strange men allowed in my van! Friends and family are cool, of course.
I've gotten a huge response on facebook and through direct email about good safe places to park :) I have my apartment through the end of August, but I will physically be picking up the van on Aug 8, so it will be in the guest parking area of my apartments for a few weeks, allowing me to start getting it ready :)

Here is a photo of it from the dealer's website, I showed photos of the inside too on my IG Live thing recently :) it's 20 feet long, so not SUPER massive, but a few feet longer than a normal sized van (a little taller and wider too)
I will probably be planning to crash a few friends driveways in early september, then I will fly to NYC & Philly sept 6-15 :) Not sure if I am going to leave it with a friend or just use one of the paid secured lots at the airport...
Anyway thanks for your support! I appreciate you!
Peace & Love
